Lovely pub on the gorgeous harbourside in Bristol‘s town centre. A great vibe, wonderful local ales, good music and lovely food. I come here 4 times now which is almost every trip to Bristol that I’ve ever been on. I really enjoyed the Bristol Beer Factory‘s No7, Sunrise and Bristol Hefe at the No.1 Habourside but there were plenty more great drinks to chose from.
No.1 Habourside’s music has varied from ambient to reggae to dance all of it perfect and adding to the relaxed yet excitable atmosphere of the place which is great for afternoon drinking, drinks with friends or as a kicking off point for a large session night (which I did on a stag do). The wooden tables and mood lighting are inviting, friendly and comforting and feels almost European in its vibes.
For me a night starting at No.1 Habourside’s, moving to The Apple for a cheeky cider, onwards to The Grain Barge and then culminating at somewhere like the Tobacco Factory and then an afterparty fuelled by Zero Degrees pale ale is a great night out in Bristol with friends!
